I bought this for my girlfriend who was begging to get a cat. That's not an option, so I bought her this little cat and called her "Tallulah".
The two biggest issues I have with this are its size, and the tag around the neck. I haven't measured it, but it does appear to be 12 inches, but it is very narrow. It "feels" small, and definitely in hindsight I would have ordered the 16" size. The other problem I have is that stupid tag around its neck. It looks like it should be simple twine or something to keep it attached, but it's sown into the cat. I had to take a knife and cut the threads holding it in. Unfortunately, by trying to avoid shaving off too much hair, I couldn't get all the thread so there's two small black pieces of thread sticking out of the cat's neck. Not a deal breaker, but pretty ugly.
It's a nice cat for what it is, and if you can deal with something small, this is the way to do it. In hindsight, I should have gotten the larger one, but she liked it anyway.

This toy looks just like our cat and my kids love it. When our cat is done playing they can play with the stuffed version.
