My girlfriend loved the plush Chinchilla this Christmas. Along with a basket with a floral arrangement, the Chinchilla was a great gift for her. My only concern was that the tag says that it is a mouse, not a Chinchilla. It certainly looks a bit ambiguous. Also the toy is a bit smaller than I expected, but it has the specified dimensions.

I wanted to find a realistic-looking stuffed chinchilla for my daughter, who has two live pet chinchillas. This stuffed animal appears to be some kind of rabid rodent, but it certainly does not look like any chinchilla I've ever seen. Another reviewer said the tag on this stuffed animal indicated it was a mouse, however, mice don't have furry tails. I think Hansa made a bunch of these things, and then tried to figure out what they were supposed to be!

Pretty realistic looking and feels very soft. A lot closer in looks to a real chinchilla than most of the other stuffed ones out there.
