Well any stuffed animal by Russ is great quality. I got this b/c i can't let my adorable,newly rescued, 11mo old german shepherd sleep with me...he is huge already! So I bought this and a black lab one to put over my bed, since i have a lab also. Any kid would love him and it's worth the price! He is about 11" long for those wondering about size.

I got my stuffed German sheperd for christmas and I named it after my alive german sheperd Sam! I was so happy when I got it because he was soft smooth and cute. Though years later after my dog Sam passed away, I sleep with my stuffed sheperd every night to remeber Sam. This is the best stuffed animal I could ever dream of!
