Bought this for my 5-year old son. He loved it. It's absolutely precious and very well made. Not SUPER soft, but I guess that's in keeping with a beagle's shorter, wiry fur. Anyway, nice stuffed puppy. Good price, and worth more to see his smile on Christmas morning. He carried it around with him all day, so I'm satisfied. Would give it 5 stars if it were softer.

Our 2 year old daughter LOVES this dog. She carries this dog around with her where ever she goes. We are very pleased with this pup.
