Excellent stuffed animal. Paws and ears are made of felt, fur is soft and fluffy, and body is soft (partially stuffing and partially soft "beans"). I highly recommend the product.

My daughter can't have a real chinchilla--why take a wild animal out of its home for selfish reasons. So she settled for this toy and carries it around with her.

A long time ago, I tried to buy a plush chinchilla, but all I could find was one that was very expensive. I'm sure that the expense was due to the materials used to make it, but I didn't feel like spending that much money.
I was pleasantly surprised to see this one for sale at Amazon, and for the price, this chinchilla toy is just what I wanted. Chinchillas are so cute, but no one ever has a plush one for sale in a store.
I'm very happy with my purchase.

We bought this as a sort of an inside "chinchilla" joke for a friend who wants a real chinchilla pet. It is a good size, very soft and cute, but because of the stance and some of the coloring, it really looks more like a mouse than a chinchilla. Best plush chinchilla we could find on short notice however! Amazon did a great job of packing and quick shipping.

This item was purchased as a gift for a chinchilla owner. It is unique and very cute. As stuffed animals goes, this is right up there with a Teddy Bear.
