 "Meerkat Mania" leads to quality products.Jun 30, 2009
As a "Meerkat Manor" fan since the beginning, it's nice to see a toy that is accurate AND cute. The Meerkat animals by Aurora are wonderful; they are well made, soft (as are all Aurora brand animals), and fun. If you have a Meerkat fan in your family, these stuffed-animals are sure to please.

I purchased the 12" Meercat for my best friend for Christmas, since she loves to watch the show. She fell in love with her Meercat, and has named her new friend Mozart. I knew when I was placing the order that this special little Meercat would be welcomed and given lots of TLC! In fact, my friend has told me on several occassions that "Mozart" was her best Christmas gift! Definately a wonderful transaction, thank you so very much!!

Cute/Realistic in Appearance:Nov 30, 2007
This stuffed animal just arrived today, so my great granddaughter hasn't seen it yet, (it is a Christmas gift) but I know she will love it, as it is so soft and "fluffy" and she absolutely adores the "Meerkat Manor" T.V. series/documentary. At 10-years old, she is a little old for plush animals, but this series is so dear to her heart, she will love it because it will be like a real friend to her. When the matriarch of the clan was killed recently, I think struck by a cobra (I don't watch this Television show so I'm not sure about that fact, but I think that is what she told me) but back to my great granddaughter, she e-mailed me at the time it happened, and was very upset that this leader of the clan was dead, and just recently (@ Thanksgiving) she informed me that the daughter of the one that was killed has taken over as "Leader of the Clan" and is not doing a very good job of it, so I assume from all of this background info from her, she is very involved with these animals. Along with "The Complete First Series" on DVD, this will probably be her favorite gift this Christmas! If you have a child who loves the "Meerkat Manor" TV show, you cannot give them a better gift than this stuffed animal. There are other characters from this series available, also. Do your child a favor and give them one or more of these cute little creatures!
