what a disappointmentNov 17, 2010

I bought this for my granddaughter who will be one on Christmas . In the on line images it showed a box that opened from the top and which could be separated or attached to the head. Instead of the plush box opening as shown it has a card board draw that pulls out. The head is attached only by the nylon price tag and has no velcro or other way to attach. I am upset that i will even have to put in the effort to return this and believe that Amazon should refund the money and have me discard it. By the way I've never written a negative review in my life but wanted to save others from bothering with this. Price is irrelevant as this is a horribly made toy.
